The Spa

Heated to 38°C, the pool features massage jets and a counter-current swimming system. A spacious Effegibi® sauna, finished in ash wood and equipped with chromotherapy lighting, provides the perfect retreat to soothe tired muscles.

Thoughtfully designed and meticulously organised, this dedicated space can accommodate ski equipment for up to 16 guests. State-of-the-art drying systems by Austrian specialist Wintersteiger® ensure boots, gloves and helmets are thoroughly dried and ready for the next adventure.

Private Ski Shuttle

A complimentary private shuttle is available for journeys around the resort during the winter season, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. The shuttle takes you to the ski lifts in approximately three minutes, with all your ski equipment. Up to eight guests can travel at a time.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Spa, Shuttle and Ski Room

Is the pool heated? What is the water temperature?

Yes. The indoor pool, finished in Luzerne stone, is heated to 38°C year-round and features massage jets and a counter-current swimming system.

The pool is exclusively reserved for chalet guests, with unlimited access included in the rental price.

Is the sauna included? Do we need to bring bathrobes?

Yes. Access to the Effegibi sauna, finished in ash wood and featuring chromotherapy lighting, is included in your stay, along with the indoor pool.

Bathrobes and spa towels are provided for every guest, so there’s no need to bring your own.

Is the private shuttle included?

Yes. A complimentary private shuttle is available throughout the resort during the winter season, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. It takes you directly to the ski lifts in approximately three minutes, with all your ski equipment.

The shuttle accommodates up to eight guests per journey, and children must be accompanied by an adult. For further details, please see our guest information page.

How many sets of ski equipment can the ski room accommodate?

The ski room can accommodate up to 16 complete sets of ski equipment. It features underfloor heating and Wintersteiger boot dryers to keep your equipment dry and ready for the next day.

Located on the ground floor, the ski room is conveniently situated next to the spa.

Are breakfast and housekeeping included?

Yes. Fresh bread and pastries are delivered every morning by the concierge, and all beds are made upon arrival. Three housekeeping visits are included during your stay, along with end-of-stay cleaning.

Coffee beans, Mariage Frères teas, welcome toiletries and cleaning products are also provided.

Can we book a private chef or a massage?

Yes. Both services are available at an additional cost. Contact details for the private chef and massage therapist can be found in the welcome booklet. We recommend making arrangements as soon as your stay is confirmed.

For groceries, you can also arrange complimentary delivery of your Super U Click & Collect order directly to the chalet, subject to a minimum order value.
